Partner and Head of Italian Private Equity and M&A at Long Term Partners / OC&C Italy, and Advisory Board member since 2014, he joined JEME in 1998 and served as President of JADE Italy. He started his career at Goldman Sachs, then worked at BCG, Credit Suisse First Boston and Bain & Company.

Partner at Ethica Group and Co-Owner of VTMN Partners, he served as Vice President and Treasurer of JEME after graduating from Bocconi University. He built his career at Arthur Andersen, Lazard, IRI and DeA Capital, before joining EY where he became Head of M&A Italy and then Partner.

Managing Director at Flatpay, she was JEME Associate Consultant from 2013 to 2016, serving as Head of Sales and launching JEME Shanghai. She holds a Double Degree from Bocconi and Fudan University and an MBA from INSEAD, and began her career at McKinsey & Company before joining Doctolib as Go-To-Market Strategy Manager.

Co-Founder and Chief Commercial Officer at Hiop, he joined JEME in 2013 as Sales Manager and Vice President and graduated in Economics and Management of Innovation and Technology from Bocconi. He previously worked as Innovation Consultant at Corporate Hangar and in 2020 co-founded Hiop, formerly known as Buildnn.

Associate at Hogan Lovells and Teaching Assistant at Bocconi University, he joined JEME in 2016 as Treasurer and Vice President and became an Advisory Board Member in 2020. He graduated in Economic Law from Bocconi and practised as a lawyer at Legance and Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP.

Project Leader at The Boston Consulting Group, he was JEME Associate Consultant from 2015 to 2018, serving as Project Manager and Treasurer. He graduated cum laude from Bocconi University and gained experience at Vodafone, Simon-Kucher & Partners and Roland Berger before joining BCG.

Head of Internal Audit at Valentino, she joined JEME in 2006 as Associate Consultant and graduated from Bocconi University. She began her career at PwC Milan as Senior Auditor, then joined Ferrero Group as Internal and Lead Internal Auditor before becoming Chief Audit Officer at Valentino in 2021.

Chief Operating Officer at Heritage Holdings, he joined JEME in 2016 as Associate Consultant and graduated cum laude from Bocconi University. He started his career at Deutsche Bank in London, then joined The Carlyle Group as Private Equity Investment Professional before moving to Heritage Holdings as Director in 2021.
